岗位职责:
1. Conduct subcontractor /supplier factory and process audits and qualifications
执行外包商/供应商工厂和制程的稽核
2. Drive subcontractor /supplier quality improvement continuously
推动外包商/供应商品质的持续改善
3.Support IQC internal production running smoothly
协助和支持IQC处理一些工作事务
4. Deal with some of customer’s complain related to subcontracting goods or raw materials
处理一些涉及到外包商产品或原材料的客户投诉
5. Follow up SCAR/8D report and verify it in subcontractors and suppliers
跟进和确认外包商和供应商的8D报告
6. Validate the improving result for the audit, ensure closed the actions
对供应商稽核改善效果的追踪确认，确保所有改善行动得到落实
7. Handle daily quality issues of raw materials and subcontracting goods
处理外包商以及原材料的一些日常品质问题
8. Responsible for managing and reporting on the weekly quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors
负责管理和报告供应商和外包商的每周品质状况

任职条件:
1. College degree or above
大专或以上学历
2.Familiar with transformer materials and transformer manufacturing process.
熟悉变压器原材料以及变压器的生产工艺
3.Have supplier Quality management experience
有供应商品质管理经验
4. Good communication skill and good team working skill
良好的沟通以及团队合作能力
5. Familiar with ISO9001 system
熟悉ISO9001体系
6. Can use relevant quality tools and can do data analysis working;
能够使用相关的品质工具进行一些数据分析
7. Good level written and spoken English
良好的英文书写能力以及能用英文进行熟练沟通
