Key Responsibilities:
Major Responsibility 1：New material development
- Study and research work on new material.
- Research work on second source.
Major Responsibility 2：Technical support
- To assist Munich HO PD for new material development, measurement qualification etc.
- Failure analyse and take follow up action for those items related to material technology problem.
- Visit supplier and fix material technical problem together with SO.
Major Responsibility 3：
- Check and approve material specification independently.
- Monthly review new material release status with SO and take improvement action.
- Monthly review sample material inventory and take improvement action.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. College degree or above major in Electronics / Electric Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in field of magnetic engineering, design or related field.
3. Be familiar with magnet wire, magnetic core, bobbin insulation materials technology on transformer and inductor etc., able to check and approve material specification independently. CET-4 with good communication skills in English.
4. Strong inter-personal and organizing skills, able to work independently as well as within a team environment, be familiar with AEC-Q200.
