主要职责：
1、Process optimization
2、base on below information and technology:
3、product process design
4、process flow concept
5、STD time evaluation
6、ergonomic technology
7、PDCA DMAIC method
任职要求:
1、College graduate or above majoring in automation or mechanical
2、Worked in automation or process improvemet area for 3 years at least, especielly for process / production optimization area.AOI experience is preferred.
3、Professional knowledge for the lean production, 6 sigma projects experience is preferred.
4、Good projects management skills / experience, experience with electronical component process is preferred.
5、Good communication and interpersonal skill.
6、Good written and read English, Oral is preferred.
7、Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
