KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Promote and coordinate lean production kaizen activities
2.Lead and personally execute lean projects and activities by using proven lean methodologies and techniques
3.Coach employees on Lean principles and tools (VSM, 5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, Kanban, and Standardize Work etc.)
4. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and take initiative for improvement activities.
5. Assist quality manager for other jobs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry
3. Industrial engineering related or engineering background
4. Have hands-on experience in VSM, follow lean logistic, Kanban/pull system, standard work, 5s, Visual management and other lean techniques.
5. Familiar with productivity improvement techniques including the use of problem solving methods.
6. Good English for communication
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills
